CinePhiler

An in depth look at my obsession with film and TV. If you like my original reviews, feedback is appreciated.
(P.S. I do not own any gifs or photos I use in my original reviews. All photos I find through search engines. I do not make money off of it and I hope no one gets offended that I don't use citations.)
Who I Follow

When does a script become more than lines actors say? When does it make the film feel more like life and less like art? Let me rephrase: when a film, or any art form, evokes life so vividly will it be something more than art, or is that what art is? I don’t know the answer to that, all I know is that this trilogy, concluded in all of its storytelling majesty, has reached a point where no other film matches what Richard Linklater, Ethan Hawke, and Julie Delpy did. Storytelling is life. Storytelling is art. And this film is both.
